Mei
Builds gel in thin layers and has opinions about cuticle oil. Ask her for the Milk Bath Set.
The studio
Four chairs is a choice. It means your artist is only ever looking after you.

A visit
A 65′ gel manicure, as it actually runs. Most of the clock goes to the treatment — and none of it to waiting for the guest before you.
0′ – 5′
Tea or water and a seat by the window. Shoes off, if you like.
5′ – 15′
We look at your nails, lashes or skin and agree the plan — and the price — before anything begins.
15′ – 80′
Unhurried, with time built in. If you want to talk, we talk; if you want to rest, we let you.
80′ – 90′
A few quiet minutes, then a written care card. Rebook if you want to — no hard sell.
90′ – 105′
You leave; the studio keeps fifteen minutes to clean and reset before anyone else sits down.

The room
Pale limewash, linen, one long window. Four manicure chairs face the light; lashes and skin have a room of their own, with a door that closes.

The hands
Each discipline has one lead who trains the others and checks every set before you leave.

Leads lash
Maps every set before the first lash goes on. Prefers soft volume that still looks like your own.

Leads skin
Reads skin under the lamp before she touches it. Believes most skin needs less, not more.
