Lacquer
First 24 h
Gel is fully cured when you leave, but keep hands out of very hot water and saunas for a day.
Every day
A drop of cuticle oil at night. It keeps gel flexible and stops lifting at the edges.
Weeks 3–4
Come back for a refill or a gentle removal. Never peel — it takes the top of your nail with it.
Ink
First 24 h
Keep lashes dry and away from steam while the adhesive sets completely.
Every day
Brush gently with the spoolie we give you. Oil-free cleanser only around the eyes.
Weeks 2–3
A refill keeps the line even as your natural lashes shed — about every 2–3 weeks.
Clay
First 24 h
Skip makeup, actives and the gym if you can. Let the skin settle.
Every day
Sunscreen every morning, even indoors in KL. It does more than any serum.
Every 4–6 weeks
Skin renews roughly monthly; a facial every four to six weeks keeps pace with it.

Policies here belong to a fictional studio and are written as examples.
Choose your treatments, a preferred day and time, and leave your details. The studio confirms by message and sends directions. (On this concept site the flow ends with a summary — nothing is sent.)
A RM 50 deposit holds weekend appointments and comes off your bill. Weekday appointments need no deposit.
Up to 24 hours before, at no charge. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept as a credit for your next visit.
We hold your chair for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the treatment so the next guest isn’t kept waiting.
Upstairs in Bangsar, a short walk from the main shopping streets. The exact entrance and parking notes come with your confirmation.
Please don’t pick or peel it. Add “Gel removal” to your booking and we’ll take it off gently.
Yes — book two appointments at the same time and mention it in your notes; we’ll seat you side by side.
For first-time lash guests we offer a free patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Tick the box when you book.
Manicures, pedicures and most facials, yes. We skip some actives and lash lifts in the first trimester. Tell us in your notes.
